Hayley was able to quickly build a rapport with my son putting him at ease in a way that brings out the best of his abilities and we have seen a significant improvement in his language and understanding in a relatively short space of time.

Hayley is supportive and very knowledgeable (particularly in the field of autism) and tailors the sessions to exactly the right level for my son to be challenging but not beyond him, consequently, building his confidence in his ability to communicate.

Hayley mentioned PACT during one of our speech therapy sessions. Following discussion about the programme and after reading the information she provided I instantly knew it was something I wanted to try, not only to help my son but also help me learn how to improve my communication and interactions with him in a way that would benefit him and build his understanding.

The sessions were a real eye opener in terms of showing where and how I could improve my communication and also highlighted his ways of communicating with me that I had previously missed. During the sessions Hayley helped me to pick out these moments and we set goals to work on based on the level he was at and his progress.

Week on week I saw improvements, some small and some huge! Little bits of joint/shared attention and clear communication were becoming more obvious to me and in turn I learned how to spot and appropriately act on these signs in and out of play in order to further build his communication and understanding.

 The PACT programme has completely changed how I communicate and interact with my son not only in play but during every day life and whilst we are only just beginning our journey I believe that this has given us a fantastic start and is key to the progress my son has made so far, it has definitely helped to empower me.

 Hayley is extremely knowledgeable in this field and was able to provide so much information around his communication and how I can build on this. Without her realising she has been a huge support to me personally and I feel that she has helped make this process and my understanding of autism a lot easier. It has also been lovely watching her build a relationship with my son, he loves her visits and eagerly hovers round her bag of toys!
